- Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- We accept returns of products shipped within the United States only.
- Customers are eligible to receive full refund of unused and unopened products. However, customers are responsible to pay for the return postage.
- Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned and refunded. All original packaging must be intact.
- Returns will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Surprise sale and select promotions are considered final sale merchandise and cannot be returned.
- We are unable to support exchanges through our online store.
- In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with our customers to replace the items as fast as possible. If we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it at no charge to the customers.
