SHIPPING POLICY
  • Free shipping on all orders over $50. (US only)
  • All packages are shipped from California within 2 business days of the order date. (except during special holiday seasons)
  • (**Due to the current COVID situation, we are trying our best to ship as quickly as we can and still keep our staff safe by following the CDC guidelines. All orders will take up to 3 to 5 days before shipping**)
  • A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once the package ships.
  • Shipping and local pick-ups are unavailable during weekends.
RETURN POLICY
  • We accept returns of products shipped within the United States only.
  • Returns of merchandise must be made within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund, excluding original shipping cost. All original packaging must be intact.
  • If a product is returned within 15 days of purchase, a restocking fee of 15% of total sales may apply to a purchase of $50 or more. A fee of $2.50 for a purchase of $25 & under.
  • Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded. 
  • In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at shop@hadronepoch.us.
  • For any damaged items, we will work with our customers to replace the items within the 15 days of purchased. 
  • Once we receive the item(s) the charge will be credited to your original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable (restocking fees may apply).
  • Please noted that refund will take up to 3 to 7 days of processing time to show up in your account. 
  • Surprise sale and select promotions are considered final sale merchandise and cannot be returned.
  • We are unable to support exchanges through our online store.
