- We accept returns of products shipped within the United States only.
- Returns of merchandise must be made within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund, excluding original shipping cost. All original packaging must be intact.
- If a product is returned within 15 days of purchase, a restocking fee of 15% of total sales may apply to a purchase of $50 or more. A fee of $2.50 for a purchase of $25 & under.
- Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
- In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For any damaged items, we will work with our customers to replace the items within the 15 days of purchased.
- Once we receive the item(s) the charge will be credited to your original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable (restocking fees may apply).
- Please noted that refund will take up to 3 to 7 days of processing time to show up in your account.
- Surprise sale and select promotions are considered final sale merchandise and cannot be returned.
- We are unable to support exchanges through our online store.
